  1. Eat plenty of food – this doesn’t just mean protein or carbs, but food in general is important. You need to make sure that you are adding a ton of food into your diet, but try to keep it as clean as possible. Make sure you are getting more protein and carbs than you need and, in most cases, you’ll be in a much better position
  2. Stop working out so much – a lot of people think going to the gym a lot is going to help them to get bigger an stronger, but this is not the case. In reality, you only get bigger and stronger when you are in your rest phase! Make sure you are taking plenty of time off from the weight room so you can have the best results.
  3. Foam roll and stretch – one of the biggest mistakes people make is that they do not foam roll or stretch themselves enough. This causes problems because it is preventing the muscle from achieving the highest potential growth and it makes it hard to workout the next time.
